Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and SyntaxReady Inc. for using Hunter at usehunter.app and its API. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account and workspace

• You must be at least 18 and using Hunter for a business. Keep your credentials and API keys private; you are responsible for what happens under them.
• You may invite team members; you are responsible for their use of your workspace.

Acceptable use

• Send email only where you have a lawful basis to contact the recipient, and honour opt-outs. Spam, deceptive headers, and harvesting without regard to local law are not allowed and lead to suspension.
• Lead finding runs through your own Apify account under Apify's terms. Do not use Hunter to collect data you are not permitted to collect.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, and no reselling access without a written agreement.

Plans and billing

The free plan carries the limits shown in Settings. Paid plans, when offered, bill monthly in advance, can be cancelled at any time, and are non-refundable for the current period. Prices change only with 30 days' notice.

Your data

You own your workspace data. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and transmit it to run the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Support is by email at hello@usehunter.app.

Liability

Hunter is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SyntaxReady Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
